How the twin judges health

Every reading is compared with what a healthy chiller would show in the same water at the same load, using the same physics the drawing runs on: R-134a saturation, approaches that grow with load, and a compressor at 70% of the Carnot limit. The gap sets the colour: normal, watch, degraded or alarm. Faults that come from outside the chiller, like a tower that stops cooling, are judged against the outdoor wet-bulb and booked to the tower, not the chiller.

Connect real data

Open the page with ?feed=https://your-gateway/latest.json and the twin polls that URL every 5 s instead of running the simulator. It expects one reading, or a list, with these fields:

  • t (ISO time), chw_supply_c, chw_return_c, chw_flow_ls
  • cw_in_c, cw_out_c, cw_flow_ls, outdoor_wb_c
  • evap_bar_g, cond_bar_g, suction_superheat_k, subcooling_k, discharge_c
  • comp_rpm, motor_a, power_kw, vibration_mm_s
